Another Monday in the last week of March and it was another shocking start. China blocked its megacity, Shanghai. 26 million people live in that city. The Chinese government blocked Shanghai because there were around 3,000 confirmed cases found last week. The same day, South Koreans had over 100K confirmed cases a day.
