The last day of the month, Apple decided to lower the selling price of iPhone15 in China again.

This Apple’s decision tells us a lot about the real faces of China. China’s PMI numbers will show another month of economic contraction. We all know that Chinese economy is not recovering at all.

Strange thing is that Chinese stock markets are getting so strong recently. CSI 300 index and Shanghai Composite Index were both up 2% today. In February, CSI 300 index was up 9.4% and Shanghai Composite Index was up 8%. Who’s backing up stock markets now?

We’ve seen this kind of strange stock market actions in Japan. NIKKEI index is setting up new highs every day although Japan’s macro is not that good at all. Who’s buying all those stocks and for whom?

Beware, National People’s Congress in China will be held in March.
Japan might have their own election to replace its unpopular government soon.

Politics is trying to lead the markets these days. So, who’s going to take all those consequences?
